Intelligent Control Body Domain ECU – Door and Window Software Development Services
We deeply integrate ripple detection with Hall sensor technology, leveraging the Autosar architecture and current mainstream chips to develop a high-integration door control unit (DCU). The solution incorporates in-house developed control algorithms for motor stall detection and window anti-pinch protection, designed via MATLAB/Simulink modeling, supported by a complete HIL bench and on-vehicle calibration testing system. We have achieved precise control and fault diagnosis for modules such as doors, windows, and rearview mirrors across multiple vehicle models, empowering OEM customers to enhance the intelligence and reliability of body control systems.
Professional Network Testing
In response to the customer's network testing requirements for the new vehicle controller development (covering the 1-7 layer protocols of CAN, LIN, and Ethernet), our company, upon undertaking the project, leveraged extensive professional expertise to ensure the timely delivery of test reports. Furthermore, we consistently provided multiple constructive suggestions throughout the project, effectively safeguarding the customer's final delivery milestones and earning their written commendation.
Development and Testing of Vehicle Body Domain Controllers
Our company has successfully undertaken the software development and testing project for the Honda air conditioning controller for Alps Japan. Throughout the project process, we participated from the initial requirements discussions, covering the entire cycle of software design and testing, until final successful acceptance by the OEM.
Functional Safety Testing
A customer's cockpit product faced a rigorous functional safety audit by the OEM, requiring comprehensive testing compliant with ISO 26262 standards within a tight timeline. Upon receiving the client's commission, our company quickly assembled a safety testing team and developed a one-stop solution tailored for the customer, covering requirement traceability, test case design, and HIL automated testing, ultimately assisting the client in completing the final delivery.
Information Security Testing
In the development of new platform vehicles, to meet the WP.29 R155 regulatory requirements for information asset-related controllers, the supplier must implement CSMS and testing. The client entrusted our company to conduct comprehensive cybersecurity testing on the cockpit domain controller developed for the OEM. Based on the ISO/SAE 21434 standard, we provided the client with end-to-end cybersecurity testing services, including penetration testing, fuzz testing, vulnerability scanning, and more, ultimately completing the project delivery successfully.
